Return & Exchange Policy
We are unable to accept returns of inflated and personalised orders. Due to their nature, they are perishable and individually created for each customer, therefore, cannot be reused or resold. If your items are faulty we are able to refund or replace. Balloons are unpredictable please look after them and as soon as they depart our premises, they are under your care and we are not at fault.

Shipping Policy
Here at Card and Gift our gifts and balloons are available for delivery from next day to local delivery! £8 for delivery (Royal mail) and £12 for next day delivery! Free delivery is available for orders over £100. Local delivery £8 is available for Southport and Birkdale. Certain items like our tower stacks are unavailable for uk delivery- only local or click and collect. All our balloons are prepared and done prior to pick up or delivery and will always be protected and looked after. You are to care for them after we hand them over. We make and create our balloons hours before, so we ensure they’re all in good order such as no faulty balloons. If there are any faulty items, especially balloons, we’ll replace them immediately and send them your way, even quicker you can pick up from our lovely shop. Please be aware that balloons are unpredictable and need to be treated with appropriate care.
Click and Collect Service
All our products are available for click and collect same day or not from our shop! Select your date and arough time and we can have them ready for you! Our lovely shop is located in Birkdale Village, Southport! All our Balloons are specially made for our customers and able for delivery or click and collect! Order and as as possible they can be ready, for you to pick up! This will be as soon as we are available to and due to shop demand is uncertain. Balloons are unpredictable and need to be looked after and once they depart our premises, they are uiltmtaely under your care.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns for faulty or damaged items. up to 10 days. Refunds will only given for faulty items, please speak to us immediately and we can work this out with a replacement or refund! Balloons can also be popped by sharp points so please look after them! A bag is always easier to carry them. Please look at our how to look after your balloon/s on our information page! Balloons are unpredictable so please take care, once they depart our premises, they are under your care. Always sooner the better in terms of conversations and notices on faulty balloons, this is so we can replace them and they're in time for any special events, birthdays etc.
Our personalised balloons due to their unique nature cannot be resold or returned unless faulty, if it has been popped we cannot give you your money back. We can remake them, and we’d be happy to do so.
